I just downloaded the MyFitnessPal app onto my IPad and so far I’m loving it! You put in your current weight and goal weight with your desired time frame, and it tracks exactly how many calories you should have per day, along with the breakdown of carbs, protein, fat, sodium, etc. It’s a great tool and makes you really aware of what you’re eating.
